Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered some Modal Boxer Briefs. The quality is really nice, very soft and comfortable. But the shipping took almost a week, which felt a bit long for inside Germany. Customer service was okay when I asked about it, pretty standard.
HO1 Trunks are solid, if pricey
I picked up a couple pairs of the HO1 Trunks and some Plumes Micro Briefs during a sale. Ordering was straightforward on the website, no issues there. They arrived in about 5 days, which was decent. The HO1 design is genuinely comfortable, makes a noticeable difference. The Plumes briefs are super lightweight, great for hotter days. I had a question about sizing before I bought, and their email support got back to me within a day, which was helpful. Quality feels high across the board, but the regular prices are a bit steep compared to something like Calvin Klein, so I'd definitely wait for a sale again.
